Chambord is situated on the hills of Petit Cul de Sac in a natural space of 40 hectares. We strongly advise it if you wish total quietness and change of scenery, a magnificent view on the ocean, greenery and space. This roomy villa overhangs the bay of Petit Cul de Sac and the ocean.

The view is amazing, in particular when the swell of the Atlantic Ocean comes to break on the coral reef and Tortue island in front of the villaâ€¦ The villa is situated in front of meeting place of the waves of the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean ones. The spectacle is often incredible.

Very private, Chambord is facing the sunset, which will guaranteed a maximum sunlight. Each room are large and opened onto the sea.

The outside area is very pleasant; you will find an outside living, a gazebo with a gas barbecue, a table, a long heated pool overhanging the ocean and a Jacuzzi.

All reservations are final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenues and strongly recommended.

Booking Terms

50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are final and non- refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust Account.

All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10 are non-refundable.
